What do I need access to after placing an order?

You will need access to your DNS Records and an administrator account on your email tenant. You will also need to be an administrator on the endpoints that you are installing the various software. If you have any questions regarding the requirement above, please send us an email.

What email providers do you support?

We can protect G-Suite and MS 365. Whether you’re on-prem or in the cloud. We can secure either. 

What do you not support?

CyberSuite can’t secure email domains that are not under your management. Meaning we can’t secure an email @gmail, @yahoo, @icloud, etc. To identify if the domain is yours the email should be @mycompanyname.com.
